I joined Fusion after receiving a BBA with a finance concentration and a minor in political science. I’ve always been interested in data-driven decision-making. I am passionate about learning analytics that help clients filter out the “noise” in data and get to the truth. And Fusion is a great place for this. As a consultant, you work with some of the largest companies in Canada, and you own your projects from beginning to end. This process gives you a solid foundation in both mathematical reasoning and qualitative storytelling. At the same time, there is so much to learn from your coach and everyone else on your team – everything from Excel shortcuts to how to strategize in archery games!
