I came to Canada as an international student when I was seventeen. After I graduated from Ivey Business School with an HBA degree, I joined Fusion to better leverage my communication skills and, more importantly, to learn from the best and become an expert in analytics in the era of big data. Soon after I started working, I was entrusted with a sizeable project, and enjoyed having the autonomy to follow my curiosity and dig deep into the fused data to get to the “one truth.” The thing I appreciate the most about working at Fusion is that everyone is genuine and straightforward. Here at Fusion, people are truly encouraged to voice their opinions and be heard, which helps us learn and grow as a team.
